The method: Implemented content pillars to guide formats and topics, based on performance data and brand values; streamlined social planning with a central calendar and briefing process; improved collaboration with other teams (partnerships, acquisitions) to ensure multiple brand priorities were factored into social planning

The results: Compared to the previous quarter: 3% follower growth; 87% growth in average daily reach; 95% growth in average impressions; 38% growth in clickthrough rate
